Who doesn’t know a little bit of cooking. When initially we tried our hands with different recipes, definitely we kept enquiring our mothers (mostly our Moms cooked) or if we had a book or paper cutting, multiple times we kept on peeping at the steps, we read, re-read them and yet had doubts…hopefully we didn’t skip a step. So, without mentioning a technical term for it, we all had a protocol in our hand while cooking a recipe.

Similar is our Biochemistry lab experiments. If you slightly outweigh the chemicals, or had a bubble or skipped a step in between, deviating from the standardised protocol, then after spending quite a long hour after the experiment…pooh …you get absolutely no result.

You may raise your eyebrows…can we really have a protocol for life too? Well, why not? The entire universe runs with a rhythm and when we are out of rhythm we fall prey to different diseases. The protocol contains certain key words like discipline, sincerity, aligning with nature. Maintaining a good wake-sleep cycle, protocol for diet and water intake, even setting the working hours limit, exercise, stress management, what we call lifestyle factors are all included in this protocol.
In all the above cases, if we deviate from the protocol, then the result is awful- recipe, experiment result or life.
Shubhamastu (let the best happen to each of us).
